n this simulation, you will witness a improvement of your plant’s performance by accelerating material flow and increasing the accuracy of the information flow with DDMRP buffers. The Lean approach will allow you to experience demand-driven planning and visible and collaborative execution.

Objectives: Learn basic principles of Supply Chain Management and DDMRP while having fun. Experience the changes that DDMRP will bring to your information and material flow management. You will simulate the management of an end-to-end supply chain, with a supplier, a factory, a hub and 3 shops. How can we satisfy our customers when we have a shortage of finished products, with a capacity constraint in production? How can we minimise transportation costs?
