Over Studio Myr

Studio Myr is an independent Dutch knitwear label, founded in 2012 and based in the historic town of Thorn, the Netherlands. The collections are rooted in textile heritage, craftsmanship, and a quiet, contemporary aesthetic. Each piece is designed with longevity in mind — timeless in character, refined in detail, and made to be worn across seasons. Studio Myr works exclusively with natural fibres such as extra-fine merino wool, mercerised Pima cotton, linen and baby alpaca. Production takes place locally in the Netherlands, in close collaboration with one of the country’s last remaining knitting mills. Finishing is done by hand in the Studio Myr atelier. Rather than following fashion cycles, Studio Myr embraces a slower rhythm — valuing material integrity, local knowledge and thoughtful design over volume or trend. Studio Myr collections include knitwear and accessories for women and men, available online and in the Studio Myr boutique.
