Over Studio Hanneke Kamphuis

Its founder, Hanneke Kamphuis is driven by a passion for textiles, patterns and colour. She graduated from ArtEz, the Arnhem Academy of Art, the fashion department. From the start Studio Hanneke Kamphuis has served a wide range of clients, both in the commercial and the cultural sector. The studio has for instance worked for the fashion industry, for interior designers and for publishers of art books. Studio Hanneke Kamphuis is specialised in designing prints, developing colour and material concepts, creating moodboards and initiating series of patterns. All the products and services Studio Hanneke Kamphuis offers are tailored to the needs and wishes of the clients. Before the creation of a new ambiance, a product or an environment, Studio Hanneke Kamphuis holds intensive briefings with the client about images, drawings, textures and other items, which will serve as inspiration for the final product. Hanneke Kamphuis has several lectureships at Dutch Design Academies. In addition she curates and compiles work of young designers and graduates. She has written a number of editorial features in design magazines and books.
