Over Stichting Spark to Learn

Our mission At Spark to Learn we believe it is of urgent importance to make sure that every human being is given the opportunity to participate and be able to engage in our society. And feel part of our world and local community. We are aware that this is a huge mission and so we brought it down to 5 subgoals:

(1) By developing futureproof learning strategies for public (educational) organisations, we contribute to innovation within the public domain that are accessible to all citizens. Our learning strategies are sustainable and circular. They incorporate lifelong learning, true innovation and always involve whole systems thinking.

(2) By designing multidisciplinary learning experiences for the young generations, we wish to inspire all kinds of talents and make room for true personal development and self-knowledge. The basics of all our learning experiences are a mixture of (gender neutral) topics, SDGs, relevant 21st century soft and hard skills, learning agility and learning by doing. Most of our activities are challenge based.

(3) By co-creating special Spark Hub programmes for people (18+) in between schools, learning opportunities or jobs. For those that want or need to (re-)engage with their spark to learn. In order to develop relevant and up-to-date soft and hard skills for the future of work. We offer special programmes that involve play with new skills, trigger curiosity, (re-)gain confidence through development of personal leadership and develop a mindset that is open to continuously learning relevant skills.

(4) Building a network by (a) connecting and or working together with others in the public and private domain and (b) by creating an open learning community of people coaching and supporting each other, sharing skills and knowledge and functioning as a support network.

(5) Developing products, systems and formats that sustain all these subgoals.
