This charity organization contributes to a sustainable habitat by providing circular property management. Based on the outcome of its unique self-developed quick scan, CRCL takes action to close the loops of all value streams within a building (to be developed or existing), such as materials, energy, water, biodiversity and social cohesion.

Examples of potential actions: - build energy efficient and nature-inclusive (e.g. make use of nearby light raw materials, minimalize waste, reuse of materials, design nature-inclusive with smart water storage); - generate sustainable energy (e.g. solar panels, energy hubs, heat cold storage, district heating); - energy efficient use (e.g. give explicit insight in energy consumption and share equipment, such as electric cars, electric bikes and self-service laundry), and - extend the economic lifespan of a building (e.g. solid maintenance, flexibility of functions within a building and promotion of social cohesion).
