An international, multidisciplinary, open access forum for communicating outstanding stem cell research, including basic biology, clinical applications, disease modeling, computational and systems biology, and data science. It is open to new scientific contributions from the many fields of research on stem cells. Publishing content since 2019, the journal is under the leadership of Editors-in-Chief: Chad A. Cowan (Harvard Stem Cell Institute) and Niels Geijsen (Leiden University Medical Center).
