Established June 7, 2019, SHCA’s purpose is to professionalize the HRM discipline and to move HRM forward on St. Maarten and surrounding islands. SHCA aims to change the perception of HRM through educating, promoting the exchange of ideas and expertise, develop partnerships and share knowledge. People are a pivotal factor in making the difference between mediocre and excellence in any organization. We want to champion those HRM topics that influence the organizations of our membership.
