We are a real estate intermediary that works together with various suppliers in Europe.

The suppliers deliver prefab houses ex works, which are usually built within 1 or 2 days.

The homes, from very small to the larger sizes, are built in the factory and placed on location.

Virtually nothing is built on location except in some cases the foundation. The houses are usually on screw piles.

The latest development is the supply of water houses.

The houses come in sizes from approx. 12m2 to approx. 100m2. Everything above 100m2 is custom-made.
