Square One BV invests in distressed assets with a hidden potential to be redeveloped based on a specific profile of our intended future tenants. Mostly office and co-working related. Distressed meaning: high vacancy, zoning difficulties, outdated architecture and/ or a challenging area. Founded in 2012, though the team has more than 20 years experience in repositioning distressed assets. We are experts in finding 'something' in most challenging buildings that can be used a compensation to get new energy into the building once again. To enable our ideas to proof itself, we operate our projects ourselves after re-development. And thereafter sell it with a proven track record. We like to work in partnerships, in Holland and Spain.
