Over Spoonbill Gin

The story of Spoonbill is one of friendship. Initiators Brian and Fred have been best friends since attending primary school ‘de Lepelaar’ (’Spoonbill’ in English), sharing precious memories ánd the love for gin. Their close friendship undeniably forms Spoonbill’s DNA.

Spoonbill gin is produced in small batches in collaboration with Berging Brouwerij. Pure grain alcohol is the foundation of this gin’s unique taste. Lavender and rosemary enhance the botanical bouquet of juniper, cardamom, mace and mint and reveal Spoonbill’s characteristic floral and round character.
