Jordi Spijker of Spijker Recruitment has always had a natural interest in people and a drive to improve. Jordi recently started as a freelance Recruitment Manager/ Tech Recruiter and always love to help and use his expertise with souring and recruitment challenges.

Jordi is an experienced Recruitment Manager and Senior - Agency and Corporate - Recruiter for companies including BDO, Nike, Pon Automotive, IFAW, British Telecom, Nature’s Pride and PostNL.

Specialised in Tech/ IT, Finance and Sales. But mostly specialised in Recruitment. 😎

In 8 years of consultancy experience he has acquired a broad recruitment experience within the fields of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain (SCM), HR, Online and IT - from operations to Director level - at numerous enterprises - both profit and non-profit - in many different sectors/ verticals.

He likes to help companies with their (recruitment/ HR/ Employer Branding) strategy and challenges. In the past he has done Recruitment Audits, Strategic Workforce Planning and improved Recruitment Processes for multiple international enterprises.
