South Sea Exclusive is an international sustainable mariculture company, operating in the Netherlands and the Philippines. We have several independent divisions working on specific tasks within the scope of sustainable mariculture. Our research department, South Sea Exclusive Research, has its main office based in the Netherlands in Wageningen, which is the ‘City of Life Sciences’ and home to the Wageningen University and Research Centre, an internationally leading education and research organization, that significantly contributes to the quality of life. South Sea Exclusive is specialized in applied mariculture research. Our laboratories in the Netherlands and the Philippines, are continuously working towards the development of sustainable nursery and hatchery protocols for high-value marine species, with a focus on spiny lobster, abalone and sea cucumber, to be sold live at our target markets China, Japan and Malaysia.
