We combine sound, rhythm, and guided meditation to energise, awaken and empower, and to achieve a state of profound, restorative relaxation and spiritual calm to enable self-reflection and self-healing. We also provide deeper, Sound-Guided Reflecting Psychotherapy to those who may have more specific needs.
