We arrange patient capital solutions for ambitious purpose driven companies and founders, we advise on impact investments, we buy & build, arrange partnerships and joint ventures and explore the best possible strategic options for companies that make a difference for good.

We have an unusual strong and widespread international network which covers over 70 countries globally and with special focus on Asia. Besides our presence in the Netherlands where our homebase is, we are present in Hong Kong, China, the Philippines and Vietnam and apart from these countries where we are on the ground ourselves we work with long term partners in most other Asian countries.

In our transaction practice, we have an in-depth approach and focus on long term interests. We like to go 'the extra mile'​ with our clients to deliver the best possible results. Many of cour clients and relations have been working with us for a long time.
