• Analyze current website where I will look at: - Google Analytics to understand current behaviors; - Usability and user behaviors; - Current search engine results; • Apply user-interviews to understand customer needs • Create research looking into competitors (or similar websites) • Define personas • Define user journey • Create a site map • Create user-flow to identify opportunities • Create 5 differents page theme layouts, for example, home page, contact, products, content, blog, etc. • Create HTML and CSS of the 5 layouts ready to be implemented
