Soestdijk Capital is een investeringsfonds met een focus op MKB-bedrijven in Nederland met een ondernemingswaarde tussen de 2,5 miljoen en 15 miljoen euro. Na de oprichting in 2008 is er geparticipeerd in 12 deelnemingen waarvan 8 deelnemingen resteren. Soestijk Capital is gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden en financieren van groeistrategieën in het MKB en bedrijfsopvolging voor DGA’s. Naast kapitaal brengt Soestdijk Capital expertise en operationele betrokkenheid in, waarmee het management van de deelnemingen actief wordt ondersteund. Sinds 1 september 2014 is Soestdijk Capital gevestigd aan de Barbara Strozzilaan 101, 1083 HN te Amsterdam. Soestdijk Capital is a niche buyout fund based in the Netherlands, focusing on Dutch based SME companies with enterprise value ranges from €2.5m to €15m. Started in 2008, the fund has invested in 12 assets, of which 8 still remain. Soestdijk Capital specialises in managing growth of SME companies linked to business succession of founders and corporate development. By investing its expertise and operational engagement along with its capital, Soestdijk Capital provides active support to the management team of its portfolio companies.
