We have an extensive collection of spoilage flora and pathogens that we use in challenge tests. We specialise in challenge tests for 𝘓𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘤𝘺𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴 according to EU regulations.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 Thorough R&D includes more than designing shelf-life tests and developing recipes. Smartfood R&D offers an integrated approach, in which we also support clients with trouble-shooting, recipe scale-ups, identifying CCP's and the validation of production processes.
