SIC's main focus is investing in projects which are sourced below market valuation and creating them into highly profitable assets. We have a strict set of KPIs which we use to analyze every project. These KPI ensure that we have looked at all financial, legal and technical aspects connected to that asset. Using different financial and scenario modelling tools we then analyze the risks and expected returns.

To our investors we deliver high ROI of 20% with asset backed securities. We manage the whole process of sourcing assets to making sure the utilization and ROI are high. Depending on the risk profile of our clients we work with both short term renovation projects and long term, low risk rental assets.

We work with team of experienced realtors, financiers, property managers to make sure the investment is done in a secured manner.
