A better world starts with your authentic leadership In 2018 I decided to really follow my heart and founded SKUS. Within SKUS, I guide, as an analytical coach, driven directors, managers and professionals who want to develop their organization, team or themselves in the field of authentic leadership. I coach them in working from a curious, open attitude so that they learn to trust their inner self and the power of collective wisdom.

I encourage everyone to enter into this process with themselves, because I am firmly convinced that when people live and work from the best and therefore authentic version of themselves, they make the greatest contribution to an effective team, the organization and unmistakably also a more beautiful society and world. From that authenticity, connection and involvement, 'things' will happen automatically again.
