It is known that the participation of ethnic minorities in Eindhoven, especially in the areas of work, education, policy and administration, still leaves much to be desired. This maintains the social inequality between immigrants and natives. The foundation wants to reduce inequality by actively involving the target group in all its activities. In addition, the Islamic Center Foundation Eindhoven wants to play a role in passing on signals to local policy developers and administrators about issues that play a role in the community.
