We build capacity with our 3-Step Roadmap:

☞ Step 1: gender-responsive procurement assessment: The assessment enables companies assess how their sourcing and procurement policies, practices and procedures include a gender lens and support gender equality in their supply chain.

☞ Step 2: based on the assessment, we write a customized recommendation report with suggestions for improvements and next steps towards a more gender-responsive and sustainable supply chain.

☞ Step 3: the tailor-made strategic and technical support; will provide a broad set of solutions for your company, such as support with strategic data collection, Identification of gender-related risks, development of action plan, M&E support, revision of policies and procedures among other services.;
