Over Shattered Hues Films Collective

Shattered Hues celebrates being different! We create and produce content with a focus on Africa and the African Diaspora. Our project features interviews with 100+ creatives from the diverse communities of the Netherlands and beyond. Caroline Kamya discusses themes of race, gender and identity with talents of the African Diaspora, so far we have interviewed over 15 talents from the Netherlands and 9 From Italy.

This ambitious project is a contemporary archive of the creative scene and with its intimate chats gives insights into the perspectives of being a creative outsider in countries that are becoming more aware of the benefits of a diverse community. With these bespoke and important collection of voices we plan to cut the feature length documentary “Shattered Hues” – “the film” in co-production with Nuts&Bolts Productions.
