Founded by Sarah Mountford and Lauren Verweij Self Studies is a modern, sexual wellness startup that launched in March 2022. Self Studies has been featured in Vogue NL, Hypebae, Elle, het Parool and others.

Our mission is to help people connect with themselves and each other through Conversation, Education and Stimulation. At Self Studies we believe that every human being deserves the right to enjoy love, pleasure and intimacy, whether this is with a partner(s) or simply going solo.
