Since 2001 i'm one of the volunteers for scouting group Kantankye situated at the foot of Amstelveen. After 3 years as member of the scouts Team I became the Team leader. Now I'm working a new group that started in September 2008 called the 'explorers' to encourage the older scouts to keep participating in scouting. My personal goal in this is to develop a program that will encourage young people in the age of 16 - 20 to participate as a leader in other scouts-based activity's and work on their social skills.
