Sensibility for different voices expressing their version of the world is important, helpful and confusing at the same time.

People use narrative sense-making to create order, explore emotions and search for meaning and connection to others. Navigating personal and collective narratives, learning about each others versions of truth,  is a fundamental leadership skill which helps you building strong teams.

Narratives can have the capacity to produce, challenge and change the identities of individuals as well as collectives. Narrative leadership can help you to create safe teams which is a key factor for effective collaboration.

The School of Narrative Leadership helps you to learn about narrative sense-making, enlarge your sensibility for different voices and perspectives, listen to yourself and others with a refined awareness, explore narrative theory and experiment with ways to invite all voices in the room, respond adequately and choose and guide direction with confidence.

The foundation of our learnings are narrative theory and presencing techniques. We give insight in how you and others construct narratives - especially around safety and inclusiveness. We look at the effect of these narratives on behavior and the way you communicate.

The School designes courses and learnings for academics, people who work in an applied science environment, teachers, therapists and young professionals.
