Ever thought about what the collective noun would be for humans?

A group of creatures walking on two legs in different directions. Some fighting the ones who look different. Others leading a group of suited up humans into an office space for 8 hours a day. Some afraid of anything outside of their city, others searching for self-awareness on a solo trip.

What would you call them?

Animals all have clear collective nouns. sloth of bears, flock of birds and a school of fish. A school of fish can also be called a shoal of fish by the way. The difference is that a shoal is a group of fish not behaving or moving in unison. One can be trying to attract that pretty ladyfish nearby, while the other is only thinking about eating more food.

A shoal becomes a school when the group of individual fishes unite, all heading the same way with a common goal. Why do they do this? Some do it because they know that they’re stronger and smarter in numbers, while others do it because although might be stronger, wiser and bigger than most fish, there’s always bigger fish out there.

We humans are a shoal that can learn a lot from the fish that form a school. There’s only 5% percent of what we’ve discovered about our oceans and only 10% is used of your brains capacity.

Imagine all those undiscovered waters, sea creatures and mountains full of life in the deep down under. Places that could be discovered, if only we dared to. What if the fish that are caught by humans everyday growing need for more, but fear for change, would be set free by the fresh fish. Fresh fish that aren’t bound yet by what’s not possible, simply because they still think everything is. All that is needed then, are some fish that know the deep down underwaters and take us with them.

What if this is possible? Would we create transformational creations?
