SAY NO TO YO-YO is for adults and families who are tired of a life full of failed attempts to lose weight again and again. In a six months personal journey, under the guidance of a certified and experienced coach, you will develop healthy habits that fit exactly into your life. SAY NO TO YO-YO is developed by Vera Uit de Weerd. She is a Certified Life Coach, Weight loss Master Coach and Healthy Life Specialist Vera holds degrees in Nursing and Business Management and she is coach trained by the CTI, CRR Global and The Global NLP Training Institute. In addition, Vera is certified as an NLP Master Practitioner by The Society of NLPTM of Richard Bandler. Vera developed SAY NO TO YO-YO in 2009, a coaching method that prevents people from yo-yoing and brings them a lasting slim and fit lifestyle. After successful testing with several groups of volunteers, she opened her practice for health & weight loss coaching in 2010. Since then many clients are successfully coached towards a slim, fit and healthy lifestyle.
