Core Responsibilities: • Creative Direction: Lead pre-production meetings and document creative concepts. • Project Management: Organize photoshoots and videos from conception to completion. • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to inform creative decisions. • Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for campaigns and clients. • Casting & Scouting: Scout and book models, including makeup artists. • Location Scouting: Identify suitable locations and secure permissions. • Styling & Props: Propose and manage props and styling elements. • Post-Production: Handle professional photo retouching and video editing.
