Over SamenDoen

SamenDoen is Qoins community currency platform in the Dutch Municipalities of Tholen and Bergen op Zoom. Qoin co-created this platform together with local residents, local governments, local associations, and independent shopkeepers. SamenDoen enthuses people to support their local community. The platform incentivises people to consume locally, to participate actively in their neighbourhood and to keep their community a clean and safe place to live. Qoin has designed the SamenDoen concept, developed the entire IT infrastructure including an innovative NFC payment system, provides all services needed for such a platform to be successful and is in the lead of the international dissemination of results.
