My passion in life is learning and sharing to support others. I love complexity and creating clarity on changing part of the future (what and how) where you see needed.

I have also learned that at certain moments not supporting can be the best support. Nothing can replace a real and deep experience. I usually step in when reflection and anaylis are needed with a fresh and confronting mindset. I choose honesty and clarity over harmony.

I share based on my experience, knowledge and especially my curiosity for people, leadership and team dynamics. I was invited to become a member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council for exactly this reason.

I am a trainer, coach and sometimes the (interim) manager. I do this for over 30 years now, and always combine this with corporate roles in mulinationals, currently in ASML. My passion is really switched on when organizational (culture, systemic) challenges are present and people struggle to change or solve these.

I am 100% convinced the work I do is not about me. Where ever I come, I am curious why things are as hey are, I need to understand the systemic settings. My ground rule is always to meet people where they are. My knowledge and experience, also my abilities, might be irrelevant.
