About us: We are SALINE-FARMING! Our mission at Saline-Farming is to spread and develop practical, valuable knowledge on saline farming.

We can grow salt tolerant crops, such as potatoes, carrots, cabbages, etc. on saline land, using specific fertilization techniques and irrigating with water. In short: we produce more food while using less fresh water.

Work in progress: Saline Farming already have a state-of-the-art open-air laboratory on Texel. We has spent more than 12 years researching the cultivation of conventional crops under saline conditions. We want to share this valuable knowledge and development with the world by setting up knowledge centers worldwide. In 2019 our first knowledge center abroad will open in Bangladesh.
