It's the responsibility on C-level to implement safety at all levels of the company. However, in daily pratice it is the employee who must apply the safest possible way of working. Not only for themselves, but also for his/her colleagues and environment where he/she perform the work. SAFY® is an interactive form of safety training.

Unlike all other training courses, SAFY® allows situations to be experienced virtually. The game teaches the players how to deal with daily situations, procedures and activities in a safe and challenging way. Factors such as time, money, habits and knowledge play a major role in the correct and safe execution of procedures and activities, in addition to the fact that there is a big difference between "knowing"​ and "doing"​. Once deviating from a procedure SAFY invites you to do it a second time. However, every next time comes closer to the moment that things go wrong. With all its consequences. SAFY® tests knowledge and skills, shows players how to do it, lets them learn from their mistakes and shows them what consequences their actions can have.
