Shop Inspection involves inspecting items at their place of manufacture before delivery. This is the most convenient and cost-effective way to determine whether a product, service, process, piece of equipment or installation complies with expressed needs, customer expectations, applicable regulations or other specific requirements. Such inspection at works includes:

-Design review -Review of material certificates -Visual inspection -Non Destructive Testing (NDT) -Attendance of mechanical or functional tests

Technical Project Management:

-Representation during kick-off meeting & pre-inspection meetings -Review of technical documentation / specifications / procedures -Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) consultancy / review / approval -Witnessing of tests in accordance to specifications / codes / standards -Quantity check in accordance with MTO -Final documentation review

Consultation:

-Design -Procedures, Codes / Standards , deviations -Inspection activities -Tests required* -Welding (WPS / PQR / Welder and Welding Operator Qualifications) (*) You may request a Non destructive test (NDT) or any mechanical tests on your items, no problem!
