RUPDA is an internationally recognized Trauma Expert, Personal Development Coach and Group Facilitator with over 35 years of experience. Her journey from experiencing abandonment and isolation as a young child to growing up in a spiritual community for 20 years has profoundly shaped her approach to personal growth and development.

Rupda is a certified Counsellor with S.I.A.F. and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained at Peter Levine’s SE® Institute. She is also an NLP Practitioner under John Grinder and has received training in Non-Violent Communication, Enneagram, and Hypnosis Mastery from Stephan Gilligan. Her diverse background includes collaboration with Tony Robbins in Business Mastery and Leadership, along with studies in Quantum Physics, Family Constellation, EMDR, L.O.A., Essence, Mindfulness, and Stress Release techniques.
