Rollingsushi is an innovative Japanese Dailycatessen from Amsterdam.

The concept was founded by young entrepreneur Lode van Hattum, who opened the first Rollingsushi shop in 2021 with a clear ambition: make Japanese food more accessible, more exciting and easier to enjoy every day.

What started as a small sushi shop quickly developed into a fast-growing concept known for its creative approach to sushi and the now widely loved Crispy Sushi Sandwich.

At Rollingsushi we combine quality ingredients, smart technology and product innovation to create a unique food experience. Sushi robots help us maintain speed and consistency while allowing our team to focus on creativity and new ideas.

Today Rollingsushi serves customers in-store, through takeaway and via catering for offices, events and special occasions.

Our mission is simple: surprise people with a new way to enjoy Japanese food.
