Rocky Road of Inclusion is a blog that aims to shed light on diversity & inclusion by working with examples of my own personal and professional life. Diversity is an undeniable and unchangeable fact. Inclusion however is something that starts in our minds. It's about our self-awareness and our capability of influencing the way we perceive this world. Many times, it's much easier to focus on our differences instead of questioning our own fears, egos, vulnerabilities, judgments.. All those things that make us human yes. But at the same time, things that can make us feel very uncomfortable when they're challenged. In this blog I will tell you all about how I challenged myself and the system as a diverse individual.
