RMD Training is specialized in the development, organization, execution and facilitation of action-based learning programs. The RMD coaching and training sessions are for those professionals of all ages who have the courage and the ambition to develop themselves as Authentic Leaders.

RMD stands for Richard Melvin Dijkstra, the man behind the company. Richard was born in London, and has numerous years of experience in the field of action-based learning, and the area of Self-actualization and Leadership.

An RMD Training program is called a Journey, and is a Voyage of Self-Discovery. Through experiences, knowledge, insight and practice of certain skills you will gain freedom of choice in how you want to behave in different situations in your life. You will learn to take responsibility for your situation and actions, and to be the Master of your own Kingdom. You will also activate your ability to manage in a more authentic way and with a more powerful effect.

All RMD training programs are tailor-made. Therefore, the content, the metaphors, the activities and the locations differ each time. For locations RMD makes use of an inspirational and natural environment with a creative atmosphere.
