Over RJC Consultancy

RJC Consultancy is the company of Robin Corsius MSc. (1985). I graduated from Tilburg University (2008) with a master in Accountancy & Management Control and a master in Financial Management. Combining these studies with a strong affinity for technology enable me to quickly translate everyday practice into dynamic models and strategies.

I have been working as a freelance interim professional in finance and project management since 2012 and over the past decade I have supported a wide variety of companies in business controlling and project management assignments. Because of my experience in large and small companies and in different sectors, I am quickly comfortable in new settings.

Bringing the business, IT and finance together is my strength. My core values are: involved, social and persevering until I achieved the desired result. I have experience in mapping and getting complex operational processes under control, as well as in analysing and making strategic and commercial considerations. I am an experienced controller who is strong in thinking along about data structures within the company.

In addition, I have managed several successful projects as project manager, for which I also have PRINCE2, MSP and Agile Scrum certification. As a project manager, I am strong in making objectives and plans concrete and monitoring them. I do this by drawing up appropriate project plans and documentation and by pointing out the challenges that I see, both when asked and not asked.
