As a freelance designer, I specialize in unique small-scale projects from design to 3D printing. Additive manufacturing or 3D printing plays an important role in both unique products, small series or personalized mass production. A broad knowledge of product development is present by the combination of a study in mechanical engineering and industrial design, My approach is an integrated product approach, where three design features are specified: design, material and technology. This non linear approach works great for small projects with a tight deadlines. A straightforward linear approach often does not apply in creative product development .
