Process Engineering & Safety Management RFB Consult provides independent process engineering and process safety management expertise to it's customers in the international oil and gas business. It's owner, Roland Broos, has worked internationally over 30 years for several major oil and gas companies in various process and project engineering roles before starting this independent consultancy firm. He is a member of Energy Specialists Platform (ESP), a group of international oil & gas industry experts based in The Netherlands. RFB Consult Process Engineering provides expertise in the conceptual and front-end phases of oil and gas projects and the start-up and operations of oil and gas facilities. RFB Consult Process Safety provides expertise in the areas of safety in design and operation of oil and gas facilities, hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), quantitative risk assessment (QRA), consequence modelling, human factors, safety review , accident investigation and training.
