Over Research Project Seoul

Research Project Seoul is an unique cross-border project of the School of Governance (USG) of Utrecht University. In this seventh edition of the Research Project, the committee and twenty selected honours students will travel to Seoul in November 2020. This edition, the students will conduct field research on the influence of technological innovations on public values. South-Korea is a leading country when it comes to the use of technological innovations in the public sector. The debate in the Netherlands about the influence of technological innovations is booming, discovering how this debate is conducted by public managers in South-Korea, specifically in Seoul, can teach both countries more about the impact technological innovations can have on public values.
