- Access to my app where you can: - Find your personal workout plan that fits your needs and schedule - See demonstrations of all the exercises and keep track of your progress - Get guidance on your nutrition, with a personal calorie and macronutrient target to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way

- Basically a personal trainer in your back pocket! You have the availability outside of our weekly check ins to reach out to me on Whatsapp 24/7 and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
