Holistic physio-therapeutic approach following RPG® Souchard Method guidelines. The assessment and treatment plan is oriented to relief musculoskeletal and articular pain (acute or chronic) and correct postural misalignment of the big joints and back. This method is also indicated to treat young children (from the age of 10) with scoliosis. The work on the integrated neuromuscular system in a collaborative way with the patient helps to achieve long lasting results. Deepening in the body-mind connection teaching the Alexander Technique as a plus I can help patients to improve their body awareness. By applying what they learn from this technique, specially for the chronic pain patients, they are able to avoid harmful habitual patterns of movement, reach a better coordination, reduce muscles tension and breath more freely during their everyday activities. I promote a healthier way of living and interaction with their environment giving ergonomic advice, help them to find moments of active rest during the day and new options for them to move and exercise regularly.
