RAP IT Management is setup by Roland Appelhof to support companies in having a sparring partner concerning their IT environment. My experience over the years can bring company IT departments to a next level. Fresh view on the situation and a pragmatic approach. Translate business strategy to operational execution. Connect business processes to new data insights. Define and utilize business application platforms in a better way. Experienced in Interim management and Interim Project management. A long track record on IT and change management. Focus on data and value but also all the ground activities needed for this. Every company and landscape is different but we all need to go to a certain standard overtime. The faster, the better. Change management is an important company cultural step to reach that goal. So it is a strong combination of Management, setting clear direction, helping eachother, make time for it and show results .

My preferences are to support organizations in these kind of journeys and support the organization in setting up such a new solution in a clear way and constructive way but also take care of all the side tracks which pop up in such an important journey.

My task is to manage and control the solution, support the people and work as a team to the results we are all looking for. Make the value visible and start working with the applications and data.
