The ‘Rainbow Salute Initiative’ (RSI) celebrates and honours LGBTIAQ+ activists and HIV/AIDS activists from countries where the societal and/or political environment is against those communities.

The RSI achieves its purpose by, but not limited to, organizing activities that celebrate activists in person while ensuring their safety at all times.

The ‘Rainbow Salute Foundation‘ (RSF) is the legal entity behind the initiative. Based in the Netherlands, it is working to attain the ‘ANBI’ status, officially recognising it as a non-profit public benefit organisation.
