Over Q-learn

We provide a dedicated training program for long term unemployed people after which we help them reïntegrate into service-oriented employment.

In collaboration with multiple municipalities we mentor a group of candidates in a timeframe of 3 months and coach them a.o. with dialogue techniques, verbal and typing skills, general employee skills and overal activation & empowerment.

Approximately 75% of our candidates have successfully reintegrated into long term employment. We believe that individual coaching and aftercare are key components of a successful reintegration.
