PTES B.V. is your partner for new product development and industrialization projects.

On Build to Print (BtP) projects we analyze the Technical Data Package (TDP), design the manufacturing system, support the supply chain setup, perform process risk analyses (pFMEA), compile manufacturing documentation, setup inspection plans and manages process qualification.

On Design and Build (DaB) projects you have the opportunity to Design for (Optimum) Manufacturing. Our team gets involved earlier in the industrialization life-cycle to ensure the engineering design phase yields the product definition that results in the optimum manufacturing solution.

In this phase we focus on defining Geometric Production Specifications which serve the product functional requirements. Experience has shown that many designs fail if GPS is not specified functionally. This may include any number of the DfX acronyms, but specifically Design for Machining, Design for Inspection and Design for Assembly.

In addition PTES has the ability to manage BtP or DaB projects that result in an industrialized manufacturing system. PTES employs highly skilled resources on a project basis.
