Hi, I'm Dennis Huizenga. Since 2006, I've proudly worn the hats of a holistic coach, Buteyko therapist, author, and speaker. My journey into this realm began much earlier, in 1996, driven by a personal mission: After enduring three grueling years of severe anxiety attacks, I uncovered the keys to regaining control and optimizing one's potential through the power of breath.

📖 My initial book, 'Upgrade Yourself,' encapsulates this knowledge. But more than accolades or titles, it's witnessing the transformation in others that fuels my passion: "There's nothing more fulfilling than experiencing people's transformations."

As of 2021, I'm fortunate to lead an incredible team. Together, we've traversed countries worldwide, dedicated to aiding those grappling with breathing challenges.

And in a recent collaboration with the renowned Patrick McKeown, I co-authored "Ademhaling: De Grote Genezer". A deep dive into the healing power of breath, now available in both print and e-book.
