Over Preludens

Working with (large) groups of people require decision making, switching viewpoints and continues knowledge updates. You need strong intrinsic motivation to activate your target group and you need play for intrinsic motivation.

We use elements of play to improve learning, decision-making, behavioral change and creating awareness. Often, we’re not even aware of this because play comes naturally and has been an important part of our development since birth.

As a game designer, I guide companies who want to better utilize the different methods of play. With more thoughtful design methods, you can improve the implementation and impact of serious games gamification and game-based learning.

Solving problems always require a transition and very often this transition involves a change in behavior. Play triggers a change in behavior, which is critical for a successful business transition.
