Acquisition: attracting logistics companies to Twente 2. Infrastructure: eliminating bottlenecks and optimising utilisation 3. Promotion and lobbying: communicating a clear, consistent message 4. Education and labour market: reflecting the needs of the sector 5. Innovation and research: creating distinctive possibilities 6. Knowledge and advice: gathering, sharing and using information
